TRICK OR TREAT . . .

So I have been working my socks off at work and it's been sooooo busy I've been a little down so to cheer myself up I did some shopping. I was doing some research for work and came across this gorgeous stain glass window skull print from ASOS, I have actually fallen in love with this! The PU pants are from H&M (which is a favourite shop of mine - if you haven't noticed) I just love a good pair of leather trousers, the quality is great and these are a steal! My necklace and boots are both old but go lovely with this outfit. I've definitely chosen TREAT over TRICK this Halloween! :-)

I love buying something I know I can feature on my blog, I also enjoy reading the nice comments that other bloggers leave.

2. What made you start your blog?

I started researching blogs for my job and thought I could do this - I love fashion and I am a shopacholic.

3. What beauty product could you not live without?

I can not live without Lucas' Papaw Ointment  - I recommend this product for anyone with dry skin or cracked lips. 

4. What do you hope to be doing in five years time?

My dream is to be working for myself with my own t-shirt line and of course still blogging about my style.

5. What would you describe your personal style as?

 Funky with high street style, I like to mix things up with a bit of neon or a second-hand piece of clothing.

Urban Outfitters is the best high street shop for all the different brands - love the shoes :)

The 80's are my favourite era with all the punk clothes, shoulder pads, spike clothing!

Dior is my favourite, it is a little expensive but the quality is amazing.

I adore heels, if I could I would wear them all the time but my little feet need rest every known again.

TEED WAREHOUSE

I have had a mad weekend, this outfit is from Friday night. I went to The Warehouse Project for the Halloween special where Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and Huxley was DJing. They were amazing and the new warehouse venue is better than the last.

I spotted this dress in H&M, it was a steal at only £12.99!! and the necklace is also from H&M - love my neon brights. The rings I have featured on here before and my boots are from River Island two years ago, but perfect to wear for dirty rave :)

BARGAIN HUNT!

I've been good over this weekend and I've not gone out and tried to save some money but instead I went shopping and treated myself to some bargains in town. The acid wash jeans are from H&M, the skull foil print tee from Primark and the blue and silver gem necklace from H&M. The boots are my old favourites, so saved a little bit of cash :)

TUNESDAY . . . MISS GOULDING

A beautiful new song by Ellie Goulding that I can not keep out my head! She is definitely bouncing back with this new album - with her new hairstyle and quirky dress sense in this video. Think she must have had some inspiration from her current boyfriend Skrillex. ;-)

DENIM ON DENIM

I am loving the throw back to 90's trends for Autumn/Winter 12/13. The fear of double denim is not entirely irrational. I can't honestly pretend it is an easy look to carry off. You don't want to end up looking like a retro cowboy. 

Here I have teamed a light denim shirt with my darker denim Levi shorts, costume bracelet and skull necklace. To finish it all off I have worn my favourite pair of wedge trainers.

Here's your tune-for-tunesday - Solange aka Beyonce's little sister's latest song 'Losing You', a song about being in denial of a break up. In this video Solange is dancing around Cape Town, South Africa in some amazing outfits - extremely jealous over her wardrobe.

LA calling

This last week has been so mad busy with work, so I apoligise for my lack of posts - I've just been on a works trip to LA. It was my first time to America, which was amazing! Such a interesting city with lots crazy sights. We did lots of shopping for work and I did lots for myself, which I will feature the clothes in my next couple of posts.

Music On

Hey everyone hope you're having a great weekend! Here's my latest outfit post with my fading tan and holiday blues, but to cheer me up I'm wearing my 'MUSIC ON' t-shirt from a night at Amnesia in Ibiza. I really like the reverse print to give the washed out effect, with my leather shorts from Topshop and my red chain belt always from Topshop. I'm trying to wear my tropical print shoes as much as possible because the weather in Manchester is getting cold and wet.

 

Sorry for the fading nail art - I painted them a few days ago and didn't put any top coat on. Base coat gold metallic, Topshop and Barry M black crackle.

Toe nails are painted with Head Kandi black glitter from Models Own.

 

Currently packing for a weekend in The Lakes to see my boyfriend's parents - lots of wine and food!

Ibiza Adventure

Hi guys!!! Sorry for the lack of posts on my blog, but I have been sunning myself in Ibiza . . .  I'm not going to lie - I loved it! :) I did the full works - I went to Space, Sankeys, Zoo Project, Amnesia and to top it off Cafe Mambo for the gorgeous sunset. I do apologise for the quality of photos, we weren't allowed cameras into the clubs so they are took of my iPhone.

Here is a selection of my favourite outfits I wore on holiday, the first one is my coral Zara skirt and my white leather bralet. I wore this outfit for a night to Cafe Mambo, if anyone has been there you'll know how beautiful the sunset strip can be. The second is my Aztec Topshop dress - I saw a couple of girls wearing it. I love neon colours and love my little bra tops for primark and tropical print skirt from Topshop.

The below two outfits are my favourite ones - the Aztec sequin crop top Topshop and white vintage Levi shorts. I accessorise my outfits alot and here I have rings from Urban, Topshop and H&M. A watch from Chanel and my neon tiger print bracelet from H&M. My second favourite is my Zoo Project outfit with my black cut out H&M swimsuit and my vintage denim Levi shorts and my white rope necklace. I love my animal print head scarf that was a steal from Primark sale
